
Chamomilla matricaria: One of the most popular herbs in Greece, chamomile is known from ancient Greece for its beneficial properties which are mentioned by Hippocrates. The decoction prepared from chamomile flowers is characterized by a special and slightly bitter and fruity taste.
How to use: Chamomile is a sedative, soothing and digestive herb. Put one tablespoon of Chamomile in 150-200 gr. boiling water, leave 7-8 minutes, strain, add some honey if you wish, and enjoy!
