GREEK SALAD

A salad is served with every meal!
It is made with fresh vegetables and served with lots of olive oil and a little vinegar!

Serves 6

INGREDIENTS
2 large, ripe tomatoes
2 cucumbers
1 large onion
1 green bell pepper
120gr feta cheese
6-7 black olives (Kalamata)
1/2 teaspoon oregano
3-4 tablespoons olive oil

DIRECTIONS
Wash all vegetables; cut them to pieces and place them in a large bowl. Sprinkle with the oregano, olives, feta cheese and pour over the olive oil and vinegar. Season with salt to taste and serve immediately.
